Ermine’s love for the outdoors developed as she was growing up in Alaska’s playground: The Kenai Peninsula. From skiing to hiking, surfing and biking, she loves it all. She traveled to Vancouver Washington, where she learned that not everyone got to have the incredible access to the outdoors that she was used to. On a mission to teach people how to love being outdoors, she earned her Bachelors in Outdoor Recreation Leadership from Eastern Washington University. She then found a way to put her degree in action, and came to the Outdoor School, where she gets to show kids how to enjoy the outdoors, and have fun along the way.
